What kind of merchandise is sold?

Customers can shop dog-waste bags, bag dispensers, cleaning and grooming wipes, ear and eye wipes, coat shampoos, deodorizing care, and pee pads.

Where do I find shipping cost?

The checkout shipping step displays charges and tells you if free shipping applies.

What timing should I plan for?

After payment authorization, preparation ordinarily lasts 1–2 business days. Shipping after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days. The dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Are non-defective returns and exchanges allowed?

Yes. Within 30 days after delivery, you may request a return or exchange for a change of mind, preference, or wrong selection, or report a defective product. A non-defective item must be new and unused, stay in its original condition, and include its packaging, tags, and accessories.

Is the return mailed, and are there fees?

An authorized return is mailed with the free prepaid label enclosed in the original package. Do not mail before approval. There is no restocking fee, while exchanges depend on inventory.

How are damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing items reviewed?

Share the order reference, checkout email, explanation, and photos or video of the product and packaging. The same process covers an important difference from the description.

How soon do you start the refund?

We process an approved original-method refund within 10 days; posting by a bank or provider can take additional time.

What can I use to pay?

Available credit and debit card methods are presented at checkout in U.S. dollars and remain subject to authorization.
